WELCOME TO GIVBOT!
Make. Inspire. Give.
It started with ArtRobot when I was 8, an organization I created where I sold my artwork and used the money to buy art supplies for under-resourced kids. I am thankful that I was able to take something I loved, art, and turn it into a way to help other kids. I am thankful for every person who supported my artwork, encouraged my ideas, and helped make ArtRobot possible. Without that support, I may never have discovered how meaningful it is to use my passions to give back. With ArtRobot, I raised over $8,500 and have helped nearly 1,500 kids!
After four years, I realized that I developed another passion: cooking! I am so thankful that my journey with ArtRobot gave me the opportunity to discover something new about myself. I have realized that my passion for art has grown into something much bigger than I ever expected, and I am so thankful for everyone who has helped me along the way.
That’s when ArtRobot evolved into GivBot. GivBot will be the effort that grows with me in every way I give back to the world, through the three main parts I have learned that are so important to me: Make. Inspire. Give!
Similar to using the money from my art to provide art supplies, I will raise money through cooking (and even a few artistic surprises!) to buy ingredients so I can make nutritious meals for people who rely on local food pantries. The newest project through GivBot: RoboChef! Instead of using the money from my art to provide art supplies, I now use it to buy ingredients so I can make meals for people who may not be able to afford them. I am grateful that I have been able to grow, change, and turn an idea that started with art into something that can help people in a completely different way.
Through this journey, I have realized something important about myself: I want to spend my life giving back to the world. I am thankful that I have found something that makes me feel so passionate and gives me a reason to keep helping. Whether it’s through art, food, kindness, or simply helping someone who needs it, I am grateful for every opportunity I have to make a positive difference.
I don't know exactly where Givbot will take me in the future, and how my passions in life will continue to change, but I know that I want to keep creating, keep helping, and keep finding ways to make the world a little better. I am thankful for every person who has supported me, every person who has believed in my ideas, and every opportunity I have had to make a difference. And most of all, I want to keep being grateful for every chance I get to give back.
